ON-Semiconductor - Tools Technology

The design kits provided by ON Semiconductor provides you with a comprehensive suite of libraries enabling efficient design of leading-edge mixed-signal and smart power ASICs. In a nutshell (more details below):

The design kits are developed for RHEL Linux workstations (1) See Supported Design Tools
(2) Spectre, Eldo and HSPICE models are provided for the ONC18, I4T, I3T25, I3T50 and I3T80. Spectre models are provided for all 0.7m and 0.5um technologies as well as for the C035x technologies
(3) The BCD technologies (I2T100, I3T50, I3T80 and I4T) are all qualified for a junction temperature of 200C. Models supporting this temperature range are also provided. For other technologies, contact your Europractice representative
