Access and contacts

To obtain access to imec Si-Photonics or SiN-Photonics technologies, please, follow the next steps:

Please, follow these steps:

 

1. Sign and return necessary documents

Please sign the imec-ePIXfab Si-Photonics DKLA and email it in PDF format to mpc@imec.be

OR

sign in 2 copies and send them to:

2. Download technology files

Upon receipt of the signed DKLA, imec will create an account on the download platform Querio and open access to it for the Technical Contact, i.e. a person responsible for downloading technology files and managing documents. Note that this person should be a permanent staff member. Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact mpc@imec.be.

 

3. Register and submit your design

  • Register your design via Design Registration form and reserve a spot in in one of the scheduled runs. To do this, you will receive a user name and a password: they are different from the ones for Querio.
  • Submit the design before the deadline mentioned in the corresponding run schedule.

 

EUROPRACTICE offers access to MPW services for non-commercial use by universities and research centres. For commercial use, the institute or company should request approval of the foundry. In this case, EUROPRACTICE will bring customers in direct contact with the foundry.
