To access NanoIC P-PDKs, please follow these steps:

Step 1:

Fill in and sign the Design Kit License Agreement (DKLA) for the technology you need:

• imec N2 DKLA 
• imec A14 DKLA
• imec eDRAM DKLA

Step 2:

Send it by email to imecpdk@imec.be  and mpc@imec.be

Step 3:

Download the PDK.

Upon receipt of your signed DKLA, imec will review the document. Once approved, we will create an account on the Querio platform and open download access for your technical contact. The technical contact is responsible for the proper management of the documents after download; therefore, this person must be a permanent staff member.
