EUROPRACTICE-member universities can now gain access to TSMC FinFET technologies to be leveraged for their research, education and teaching. Access can be obtained at special pricing through this newly developed program.
Thanks to the more than thirty years of close collaboration between the EUROPRACTICE partner imec.IC-link and TSMC, universities can immediately kickstart new projects using TSMC’s FinFET technologies.
The TSMC FinFET program is also open to universities in North America.

To access TSMC FinFET technologies, please fill in the application form and return it to tsmcfinfetprogram@imec.be.
Applications will be reviewed and approved by TSMC, after which an NDA will be shared. Access will be granted through imec’s secure data-sharing platform.
