EUROPRACTICE customers can receive TSMC technology information via imec.

The access procedure is different for two groups of customers:

1 – Universities and research institutes

Universities and research institutes can access TSMC 0.13µm (12Inch), 0.13µm BCD+ (12 Inch), 90nm, 65nm, 40nm, 28nm, 16nm and 7nm technologies. The access consists of Design kits and Front- and Back-end library views.

• For 0.13µm (12Inch), 0.13µm BCD+ (12 Inch), 90nm, 65nm and 40nm technology:
  complete request form and return to mpc@imec.be.
• For 28nm technology:
  complete the 28nm request form and return to mpc@imec.be.
• For 16nm and 7nm technology:
  please learn more about the TSMC University FinFET Program.

2 – COMPANIES

Companies can get access to 0.18µm, 0.13µm, 90nm, 65nm, 40nm, 28nm, 16nm, 7nm and 5nm TSMC technologies:

• Contact paul.malisse@imec.be to request approval by TSMC.
• When approval is granted, a 3-way NDA (TSMC-IMEC-customer) will be required to get access to the technology information.
