Prototyping & Fabrication Services
In order to participate in our MPW runs and to get access to the process design kit (PDK) for this technology, a few steps are required:
The expression of interest for the AMO Multi-Project Wafer run (MPW) can be communicated by filling in the form on the 2D-PL Website. After its submission, the AMO’s technical contact will organize a discussion to explain the offer and evaluate the suitability of the services for the customer’s needs. The AMO Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be signed by both the parties moving forward in the process.
Upon receipt and processing of your signed NDA, AMO will provide access to technical content (PDK). The technical contact is responsible for the proper management of the documents after they are downloaded, therefore this contact should be a permanent staff member. Please contact 2D-PL@amo.de in case of any question.
The design will be sent to AMO, and final DRC checks will be performed. If corrections are required on the design, the customer will be contacted by AMO to apply them accordingly.
