In order to participate in our MPW runs and to get access to the process design kit (PDK) for this technology, a few steps are required:
Please express an interest to the VTT multi-project-run (MPW) offering and send an email to miika.soikkeli@vtt.fi. A discussion will be organized to explain the offering and evaluate the suitability for the customer’s needs. The VTT Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be signed with the parties moving forward in the process.
Upon receipt and processing of your signed NDA, VTT will provide access to the technical content (PDK). The technical contact is responsible for the proper management of the documents after they are downloaded, therefore this contact should be a permanent staff member. Please contact miika.soikkeli@vtt.fi in case of any question.
The design will be sent to VTT and final DRC/LVS checks will be done. A list of needed corrections will be provided to customers if required.
