Fraunhofer IIS is the Europractice partner that grants customers access to ams-Osram technology information, design rules, ams-Osram standard cell libraries and design kits. To obtain the access to any of the ams-Osram technologies, customers have to sign the ams-Osram NDA and return it to silicon-asic@iis.fraunhofer.de design, please fill in the Export Control questionnaire and return it to the same email address. 

Important notes for signing the NDA

• ams-Osram  only concludes agreements with companies and universities, NOT with individuals.
• Therefore, the complete legal name of the company/university/institute has to be specified in the first line of the address field.
• In addition, the department, as well as the complete address details, must be mentioned.
• All agreements have to be signed by an official representative or a legally authorized person. Assistants, research associates and students can sign the agreements only if they provide a document of authorization to sign the NDA on behalf of the organisation.
